1、The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreational activities and does not cover products used for rental or school excursions.

2、Skatinger will make the final warranty determination, which may require the inspection and/or photos of the equipment clearly showing the defect(s). If necessary, this information should be sent to the Skatinger distributor in your country with prepaid postage. The product may only be returned if the Skatinger distributor provides a return authorization number in advance. The return authorization number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package, or it will be rejected.

3、If Skatinger determines that a product is defective, the warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. Skatinger will not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the loss or misuse of this product.

4、This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear (including but not limited to punctures, damage from excessive heat exposure, improper handling and storage, damage caused by use in waves or on the shore with breaking waves, board breakage caused by overfilling or collapsing in wave conditions), or damages caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship.

5、This product must not be modified and/or equipped with a motor, except for the Skatinger BlueDrive power fin.

6、This product must not be used beyond the maximum load capacity recommended by the manufacturer.

7、This warranty will be void if any unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification is made to any part of the equipment.

8、The warranty on any repaired or replaced equipment is valid only from the date of the original purchase.

9、The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. The retailer’s name and purchase date must be clear and legible.

10、No warranties extend beyond the warranty specified herein.
